Emailing staff
As parents and carers of children at Harrold Primary, there will be times when you want to get in touch with staff at the school. Our teaching and support staff are focused on the children in their care during the day and continue to work following the end of the school day by attending personal development sessions, meetings and undertaking planning and review activities to enhance the learning experience for your children.
Therefore, can I stress the importance that when emailing us, please use the email address administration@harrold.academy rather than individual staff email addresses. This ensures that a member of staff can action your request promptly and with the most appropriate colleague so that you receive a timely and informative response.
